We strongly recommend properties being sold by auction houses throughout the UK and properties being sold by property receivers. Usually in most circumstances these properties are sourced with great value to be added. We will liaise with financial consultants on your behalf to arrange a tailored finance package so you can have peace of mind that funds will be readily available as most cases; auction and receiver purchases must be completed within 28 days from exchange of contracts when you will be legally bound to purchase the property. Our property consultants will talk you through the entire process of purchasing properties from auctions the pros and cons, the risks and the potential of huge rewards. We aim to get the maximum return for our investors and only source UK residential and commercial property. We have focused our areas of specialty in London and the South East but are not limited to these areas as we have extensive experience in sourcing properties UK wide. Once a client requirement is agreed and commitment fee paid, we will work to source suitable properties. A full report will be prepared to include historic sales data of the subject property in most cases and historic sales data of similar properties, photo and description of property, the achievable rent in our opinion and any uplift in value subject to the property being refurbished. We have a shortlist of specialist tradesman and will manage any repairs, renovations and furnishing work required. We will work with our in house lettings negotiators to ensure the property is let in a timely manner.
